Vacant Positions
- Healthcare Assistants (HCA): Assist healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, and ambulating patients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient care areas.
- Accountants: Manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Dental Officers: Provide dental care services including examinations, cleanings, and treatments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and promote preventive dental care.
- Dental Technicians: Assist dental officers in preparing dental materials, fabricating dental prostheses, and maintaining dental equipment. Ensure proper sterilization and sanitation of dental instruments.
- Drivers: Transport patients, ESH staff, and medical supplies safely and efficiently. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle inspections.
- Human Resources Officers: Manage employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Quality Assurance/Audit Officers: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Medical Laboratory Scientists: Perform laboratory tests, analyze specimens, and interpret results to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Medical Officers: Provide medical care to patients, including diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and performing medical procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Nursing Officers: Deliver nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Radiologists: Interpret medical images such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans to diagnose injuries and diseases. Consult with referring physicians to provide accurate diagnostic reports.
- Radiographers: Operate imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients. Position patients correctly and ensure image quality meets diagnostic standards.
- Patient Experience Officers: Enhance patient satisfaction by addressing patient concerns, facilitating communication with healthcare providers, and improving service delivery processes.
- Pharmacy Technicians: Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing customer service. Ensure accuracy in medication preparation and labeling.
- Senior Registrars: Provide advanced medical care in a specific specialty area, including diagnosing and treating patients, supervising junior medical staff, and participating in research and teaching activities.
- Total Quality Management (TQM) Officers: Develop and implement quality management systems to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor processes, analyze data, and recommend improvements to achieve quality objectives.
